Yes, you can discuss your cleaning needs and a quote without committing to a booking. The service, scope and availability are agreed with the team.
What should I include?
Your suburb, property size, service and preferred timing are a good starting point. Mention any particular areas of concern. Please don’t include keysafe codes or sensitive access information in this first enquiry.
Does sending an enquiry book a clean?
No. A booking is only arranged after the team discusses and agrees the work and timing with you.
Can I send photographs?
You can attach relevant photographs in your email app before sending, or discuss them with the team through Facebook. Avoid customer documents, faces and other private information.
