HOW THIS ENQUIRY WORKS.
When you submit the enquiry form, the website sends the details you entered to S-Con Cleaning at admin@sconcleaning.com.au. Sending an enquiry does not create or confirm a booking. The team still needs to discuss the work, scope, price and availability with you.
WHAT THE WEBSITE STORES
The website does not create a customer account or add your details to a marketing list. The submitted message is delivered into S-Con’s business email and handled as ordinary business correspondence. The admin keeps a daily count of successfully delivered website enquiries, but not their names, contact details or messages in that count. New form-delivery counts begin when this feature is enabled. A separate aggregate may include older enquiries clearly sent from the website's email link, checked against the business inbox without copying customer details into analytics. To reduce spam, the server temporarily stores one-way hashes derived from the contact detail and connection address so it can count recent submissions. The raw contact detail is not kept in that rate-limit record, and those counters expire within one hour.
EMAIL & FACEBOOK
Email or Facebook messages are also handled through those services, subject to their own privacy practices. Ask S-Con directly about the handling of business correspondence and customer records. Do not include passwords, keysafe codes, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information in an initial enquiry.
WEBSITE ASSETS & TECHNICAL REQUESTS
Photographs and fonts are served locally with the website. This site has no visitor-tracking script, advertising pixels or embedded social feeds. The private admin displays aggregate Google Search reports retrieved through a restricted, read-only API, a daily count of public page requests by page (which may include repeat loads and crawlers, not unique visitors), and daily aggregate counts of website enquiries. These page-request counts begin when enabled and do not store visitor identifiers, IP addresses or URLs with query parameters. A web host may still record technical access information such as request times and IP addresses.
