When should I arrange the clean?
Enquire as early as you can and share the photography or inspection date. Booking depends on availability and the agreed scope.
Is this the same as a bond clean?
Not necessarily. A pre-sale clean follows your presentation priorities, while a bond clean is planned around end-of-lease requirements. We’ll discuss which approach suits the property.
Can my agent coordinate access?
Let us know who is coordinating the property and how to contact them. Access and the agreed scope should be clear to everyone before the booking.
