Is my bond return guaranteed?

Can I send my agent’s exit checklist?
Yes. Send it with the property size and, if you have them, photographs of areas needing extra attention. We’ll discuss which tasks are in scope and what may need separate arrangements before quoting.
Does the property need to be empty?
Tell us what will still be in the property. Occupancy affects access and the cleaning scope, so moving and cleaning dates should be coordinated in advance.
