Is my bond return guaranteed?
Your bond return is determined by your tenancy arrangements and can involve more than cleaning. Ask the team about any cleaning-related return-visit terms and have the scope and exclusions confirmed in writing before booking.
Does the property need to be empty?
Tell us what will still be in the property. Occupancy affects access and the cleaning scope, so moving and cleaning dates should be coordinated in advance.
Are carpets and external areas included?
Do not assume specialist carpet treatment or external work is included. Share what you need so availability, inclusions and any separate arrangements can be confirmed.
